Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
We accept return of products by mail. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠ Custom & Hand-Embroidered Product Policy and Order Confirmation
For hand-embroidered and custom-made products, production is based on the quantity ordered by customers and is only available during specific limited-time sales windows. Due to this:
⏳ Delivery Time
The production process may require an additional 10–15 business days beyond the standard delivery timeline.
🧵 Production Timeline for Custom Orders
For orders under 50 pieces, production time is approximately up to 10 business days.
For orders over 50 pieces, please allow 10–20 business days for production.
🚫 No Returns or Refunds
Once production begins, refunds and returns are not accepted. If there are any quality or other issues, exchanges can be requested. These items are tailored specifically for each order and cannot be resold.
Order Confirmation Period and Cancellation Policy
From the day of payment, you have 3 calendar days to cancel your order without any cancellation fees.
If no cancellation request is received within these 3 days, your order will enter the production phase, and refunds or cancellations will no longer be accepted.
After production begins, all costs and losses caused by cancellation or return requests will be the responsibility of the customer.
This policy ensures the uniqueness and integrity of every handcrafted item while respecting the complexity of the production process.

Refunds
- Please contact our Customer Service at E-mail: support@hoppbuy.com to get the return address.
- After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive your package. During high-peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
- Refunds automatically credit the credit limit to your credit card or original payment method within one week.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.The previous paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Non-product quality problems require the user to bear the return shipping costs.No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
