- The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Shipping Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for Order verification, quality check, and packaging.)

2. What countries do you ship to?
- We currently offer worldwide shipping.
Notes:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2)We currently offer worldwide shipping; however, delivery is not available to U.S. overseas territories or military addresses. Specifically, we do not ship to: PR (Puerto Rico), AK (Alaska), HI (Hawaii), GU (Guam), AA, AE, or AP.
3) Shipping Time does not include 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
4) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.(Please fill in the accurate delivery address)
5) Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.
6) We're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so processing orders may be delayed.
7) Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
3. ABOUT TAX
- Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.

For hand-embroidered and custom-made products, the crafting process is more complex and made to order. As a result, the shipping timeline may be longer than usual. Additionally, returns are not supported for these items.
