1. What is your shipping method?
- The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Shipping Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for Order verification, quality check, and packaging.)

2. What countries do you ship to?
- Currently, we only ship to the US.
Notes:
1) Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
2) Our delivery services are currently only available to locations within the continental United States.Overseas territories are excluded. Delivery to the following states is not supported: PR, AK, HI, GU, AA, AE, AP.
3) Shipping Time does not include 1-3 business day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.
4) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.(Please fill in the accurate delivery address)
5) Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers.

3. ABOUT TAX
- Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes.
